| Richard Gill, President and Founder Mr. Gill is an experienced designer, implementer, and integrator of automated systems for business. He has been professionally active in the area of business systems as a consultant, systems designer, manager, student, programmer, and teacher for decades. During that time, he has served a broad range of clients in the financial, computer equipment, public accounting, medical, consumer products, nonprofit, transportation, government, wholesale distribution, insurance, and legal areas. Bob Licitra, Vice President Mr. Licitra has been a member of the Gill & Piette team since 1988. He has been managing complex projects from design through implementation across multiple hardware platforms, system integration, and technical support. Mr. Licitra has a longtime commitment to providing our customers with the best possible support in an efficient, courteous, friendly manner. Dena Bowers, Director of Operations Ms. Bowers came to Gill & Piette with a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA and a background in administration and customer relations in a wide range of fields, from banking to healthcare. As a user of many different types of software over the years, she has an end-user's perspective invaluable in helping us refine our services and products, and putting together documentation which is helpful, friendly, and easy to read.
